TRAILER MOUNTED HVLR

TRAILER Made of Heavy grade MS Channel of 75mm x 40mm x 6mm thickness and solid beam axles and Tyres, and 80mm Eye hook and platform will be fixed with 3mm thickness of aluminum checkered plate.  The TRAILER is also having the storage space for keeping Hoses. The tool box & Hose Storage space made of Mild Steel as well as supporting/Trailer legs. The connections for Water feeding and foam feedings will be supplied along with the trailer

Supply of FOAM TANK (FIXED TYPE) – 1,000 liters made of SS-304 PLATES with suitable wall thickness for side & top and other facilities i.e. Foam filling line, breather valve, sludge trap, manhole on top of the tank, drain pipe with SS/Brass-Valve and level gauge connection bottom and side suitable to accommodate approx. 1,000 LTRES OF –AFFF 3% FOAM in ADDITION 2% OF EXPANSION SPACE.  The tank has a filling orifice at top fitted with a removable conical strainer of SS-304 and the filling manhole has a screwed cap to keep closed. The filler cap shall have an etched Stainless-steel name plate with marking and alongwith provided an inspection manhole with hinged and boltable cover and alongwith suitable inlet and outlet line for foam concentrate to the foam tank.

Supply of “AAAG” make FIXED STAND POST TYPE MANUAL OPERATED HIGH-VOLUME LONG-RANGE UL LISTED WATER CUM FOAM MONITOR having SS-316 Monitor Barrel and the size of Barrel is: 75MM (3”), with a capacity discharge flow of 750 (2580) /500 (1750) US GPM@7kg/cm² with SS-316 Jet – Spray & Aqua fog non-aspirating self-inducting type Nozzle alongwith FOAM INLET VALVE and 3-4 Mtr. Length of PVC Pick-up tube and Stainless-Steel Dip tube with Strainer for self-inducting AFFF-3% & 6% Foam liquid, with Gear operated swivel Joints suitable for MANUAL OPERATION and also supply of “AAAG” make Aqua powered UL LISTED JRCP (SS-316) (JET RATIO CONTROLLER PROPORTIONAL suitable for the horizontal length of 60-Mtrs from the Monitor Nozzle) to induct AFFF-3% of Foam for all the flows.
