Vertical Lifeline System

Vertical life line system is an integrated solution to assist the fall of a user who has to constantly move up and down a ladder. It consists of a vertical anchorage line made of stainless steel wire rope, installed on a ladder using an appropriate mounting bracket at the top to two ladder rungs.
A stainless steel rope grab moves up & down and connected to this rope grab with the help of a karabiner. A screw type mechanical tensioner is provided at the end of the anchorage line at the bottom, connecting to the lower mounting bracket to maintain the tension& rigidity in the anchorage line.
Intermediates are provided at intervals to prevent the anchorage line from mechanical movement and wind pressure.
One stainless steel plate is used to fasten the system structure at the time of installation, the relevant detail and revalidation details are provided on the plate by a number punched. The system also has an inspection plate which is installed on rung of the ladder for the identification, traceability and maintenance of inspection records.
It is easy and simple to install the system with minimum effort for installation. Connection of the wire rope at the 2 ends to the extremity a tensioner, making the installation simple, easy and avoid use of specialized machinery.
